Events are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Prior use of any of the facilities does not guarantee that date for subsequent use in the following months/years. It is the sponsor's responsibility to schedule the event in a timely fashion.
The individual sponsor of the event/activity is responsible for the behavior of all people in their group. Adequate supervision must be maintained at all times when youth under the age of 18 are attending. Underage minors (under 21 years of age) must be supervised appropriately so that there is no underage drinking. Open campfires are not allowed in the park. Sponsors are responsible for any damage caused by the group. Sponsors are responsible for trash and litter control. All trash must be placed in receptacles. All cooking devices brought into the Park must be licensed, registered and insured (pertains to large events where food is sold). Insurance will be required for large/whole park events. The Town and Village of Wellsville are to be named additional insured, and the event must be specified on the insurance policy. Please read the application carefully for additional details, pricing, capacity and documentation needed. |
